Before You Book A Chat:

before you can book the chat, you will be required to answer a few essential questions we'll need for the call, as well as additional space for you to add any additional details (which we love- the more the merrier, please!)

Before The Chat:

We may send you a follow-up form with some additional questions we would like to know. If you don't get around to completing this before the chat, no problem we'll just ask you at the chat, but completing this does save a bit of time.

During The Chat:

You can expect us to give a warm hello and dive right in with our Base 6 -6-Slide video package presentation. While going through this, we may have some more questions for you about your video project. At any time you can ask us any questions you have about the presentation or in general. You can either select the package on the call to get started or we'll give you a date for how long the package is good for (usually 3-7 days).

This is NOT a salesy call- you have ZERO obligation to move forward with our video package, and you might learn a lot about your needs in our chat and not choose to work with us but know what you need to succeed with your project. That result is GENUINELY a win for us at Base6 Media, and an important learning experience so we are always on the cutting edge of what people want to do with video so we can be of ideal service to that need.

-24 Hours-During Event: 50% Refund/Change Date: 25% Fee

We offer three free revisions rounds, which is always plenty since multiple adjustments or changes can be made during each round.

You and any others involved will have the ability to make detailed notes on the video itself via phone or computer with our editing collaboration app, and we won't start the round until everyone involved has a chance to offer feedback.
